October 7, 2005. The fastest and mostly extensive transoceanic travel by any sea creature. Of course the shark is a fish and not a mammal. It is very sleek in the water. All muscle. It's known that although there are some fish in the deep ocean most feeding grounds remain along shorelines. It's fascinating to realize this shark's memory to travel and return that far. Imprinting on sea currents and temperatures. A totally different world than a human could ever ive in.
