October 10, 2005. The Constitutionalists of New Hampshire's "Live Free or Die" Spirit rise to every occassion of adversity. This is the New Hampshire Department of Transportation at work replacing disturbed drainage pipes and filling the area with gravel which is in abundance in New Hampshire, the Granite State. The gravel is used instead of 'fill dirt' because it will back more firmly forming 'rock' instead of wash away soil.
