All the carbon dixoide reserves are full globally, hence the manifestation of the vortices of October 4, 2002. Past history of Human Induced Global Warming events as the flood of Yosemite 1997 doesn't make this issue go away. It strengths it. If 1997 saw the high water mark at Yosemite it should have made a strong impression on the government then to act minimally in favor of Kyoto Protocol. It's 2005, Earth is on meltdown at exponential rates. We need to stop this environmental moronity. We have to stop carbon dioxide pollution of Earth.
