May 12, 2005. Amarillo, Texas. A hailstorm swept through Amarillo tonight pelting the city with glofball to baseball sized hail. This storm was part of a stalled system that has dropped over seven tornadoes (Southeast of Amarillo) and continues to backbuild and spin out of control in Hale and Swisher counties.
