How can the largest exploration and production company in the petroleum business be this incredibly negligent? The petroleum industry just doesn't care. They have so much money they rather let infrastructure deteriorate into failure and pay the fines and damages because it is cheaper than prevent health emergencies.
I think US EPA needs to look into the company's record of safety and protecting the public to prevent anymore, "Oops."
