It’s hard to think of a more awkward way for a media outlet to celebrate International Women’s.

It’s hard to think of a more awkward way for a media outlet to celebrate International Women’s Day, except maybe last year’s offering from China’s state news wire Xinhua: "Attractive females at NPC, CPCC sessions."
