The American Red Cross should be supplied a federal contract to intervene with families and children at Camp Ursula and the former Walmart known as “Casa Padre” and any other facility where border crosses currently reside.

The Border Patrol in a tale of crying children had already dehumanized them by stating their crying was like music that needed a conductor. 

The American Red Cross already knows how to comfort families and sooth children. 

The American Red Cross and other NGOs are far better equipped to care for these people.
