They take subdued to an extent that kills. That is not what police are expected to do in this country. This man was unarmed and had no idea whatsoever what he had done wrong and was mercilessly beaten because police officers acted out of bureaucratic bullshit. They have arbitrary rules of engagement with the public and they don't use COGNITIVE reasons to stop their assault when there is absolutely no danger to their lives.
