Well there you have it President Obama planned the entire attack against conservative groups.

The Internal Revenue Service's watchdog told top Treasury officials around June 2012 he was investigating allegations the tax agency had targeted conservative groups, for the first time indicating that Obama administration officials were aware of the explosive matter in the midst of the president's re-election campaign....
I can't believe I have to clue in the Wall Street Journal, but, there is nothing here to impeach the President.

Some time in June 2012 this mild mannered appearing man was told about the bumbling of the IRS. Ah, but, he knew it the entire time. Sure.

This average looking man is Neal Wolin, Deputing Secretary of the Treasury. In his double personality hides the heart of the victory of the 2012 elections.

Neal Wolin
Deputy Secretary of the Treasury

Neal S. Wolin (click here) is the Deputy Secretary of the Department of the Treasury, a position for which he was confirmed by the Senate on May 18, 2009.
Prior to his confirmation as Deputy Secretary, Mr. Wolin served in the Obama White House as Deputy Assistant to the President and Deputy Counsel to the President for Economic Policy.

Before joining the Obama Administration, Mr. Wolin was the President and Chief Operating Officer of the property & casualty insurance companies of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. He served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of The Hartford from 2001 to 2007 and oversaw the company s law, government affairs, communications, marketing and tax functions....
The question is did Mr. Wolin then pass this critical information immediately to President Obama and what did Obama know and when did he know it before he won his second term? The man should not be in office if this was exposed before election day. Of course.

Look, Wolin and Treasury had absolutely no obligation to do anything about this except perhaps to submit the mess into investigation. Everyone knows that the reason Wolin was told anything is because it was a hugely stupid methodology that appeared to victimize conservative political groups. It was a hot potato.

There is no criminal activity here, there is no conspiracy to stop these groups from operating. This is about their tax status and their level of reporting. It wasn't preventing any of their activities. That is just to begin. The truth of the matter is these groups were welcome to carry out any of their focus in any manner they chose including their most favorite method which is large, general mailings to the public. They applied for a tax status that would give them special status. Now, if that special status was vital to their activities one has to wonder why and the IRS did wonder why. I am more than happy there was someone at the IRS worried about the impact of these groups on the outcomes of FREE AND FAIR elections in the USA.

Additionally, the Inspector General stated some of the certifications that were expedited, THE WORD IS EXPEDITED, should not have been. So the process is basically worthless because it was highly flawed. It was not stopping the groups that should have been stopped and it is still questionable today that the groups complaining should have a special status anyway. The entire dialogue is mute. It doesn't matter. The WSJ is diving into gossip. Tabloid journalism. There is nothing real about what is being alleged by the WSJ. There are no evil doers, there might be incompetents, but, in all honesty I still don't know that.

There are plenty of liberals in the world that would tell you they are audited regularly, too.
