It would seem as though Romney likes to take things out of contents and now he has an entire stump speech based on lies.
In Romney's stump speech he is definitely not connected to the realty of the fact the President's plans for rebuilding the nation's infrastructure is vital. He is another 'pie in the sky' ideologue.
