The Indian Ocean
The availability of water vapor is limited, so where it exists it acts as a 'heat sink' that then moves as an air mass to the arctic regions to resolve the irresponsibility of the United States of America. In doing so, causes drought that disaffects the rainforests. Imagine the arrogance that goes along with lousy government in DC which assumes it has the right to endanger an entire planet for wealth. So, what's a Former Prime Minister or two ?

Western Pacific Satellite
It's originating over the equatorial Pacifc extending to the Indian Ocean. It's moving a great deal of water vapor from those forests to Antarctica to resolve the accumulation of heat due to Human Induced Global Warming.
The image above, the same type of heat transfer can be noted in the Northern Hemisphere reaching from the equator to the Arctic Circle, crossing the Pacific Northwest of the USA into Canada.
