Katrina II - If Bush waits much longer to remove the debris...

...it will be winter and the recovery of the dead will become more and more impossible and then they just become some unprovable 'missing' number that will be disputed to water down the reality of the Republican agenda of 'negligence until emergency.'

Sooooo, maybe this time next year we'll actually be seeing heavy construction equipment, arch welders and removal of torturous steel. Then the question will be whatever happended to the $5 million and $100 million that was dedicated to emergency management and reconstruction.
