This isn't a good depiction of the location of the Arctic National Wildlife Reserve. It actually straddles both the USA and Canadian borders. However, this shows a location of the reserve. The infrastructure costs alone for oil procurement will never return a dividend to reduce the cost of gasoline to the American consumer. This is just a bad idea and with the cost of infrastructure in the year 2005 it's a bad idea getting worse. It will never return benefit to this country to the degree everyone is hoping it will.
