West Pacific Satellite.

The second Earth 'hot spot' between Tahiti and Australia. There is a bifurcation of equatorial heat at that spot sending some of it to the Arctic Circle and some to Antarctica. It looks to be distributing north more than south. Makes sense. The Ice Ocean is more easily sublimed into temperature reduction of the oceans than the Ice Continent which has limited contact with the oceans. Cooling the aire is to indirect an effort for the physics. It would require convection to the oceans with the exception of addition storms which has a lower incidence now that the sun has migrated south. Posted by Picasa
