The Folks in Iraq are having a hard time getting their electricity turned on 24 hours a day. I have no idea if they are complaining about billing.

The Folks in Florida aren't even home but the meters continue to run with exposed wires and the like. Evidently, when you leave your home to go to shelter in Florida you better remember to turn the lights out.
