Putin has perfected (it take much to perfect it) Trump's ability to lie in plain sight.
To begin, when I state Communists regard people as chattel to the government here is still another example. Five nuclear scientists, at least they carry the title of a nuclear scientist, were killed while engaging in some sort of nuclear experiment. Five. It is not possible for Putin to simply replace these scientists and continue to move forward with experiments. Something has to be done about the Russian nuclear program.

An accident at a Russian military test site (click here) that claimed the lives of five nuclear agency workers and sent radiation levels spiking is likely to remain shrouded in mystery, after Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov on Friday said information around the incident would stay "strictly classified."
The explosion, which happened during the summer near the village of Nyonoksa, about 30 miles west of the port city of Severodvinsk, prompted widespread international speculation that the accident involved a nuclear-powered cruise missile, known as the Burevestnik or Skyfall.
Although Russia is developing such a missile, Peskov has repeatedly declined to say what weapons were specifically tested.
"Tests of new weapon systems were involved. For this reason it is only natural that the investigation being carried out in this connection cannot be public," Peskov said, according to Russian state-run news agency Tass.
Rosgidromet, the Russian meteorological agency, reported a brief spike in radiation levels following the incident, but Russian officials called off the evacuation of the village.....
Putin also claimed that Russia had developed an "invincible" missile that can deliver a warhead at hypersonic speed, as well as other weapons, including unmanned underwater vehicles capable of moving at very high speeds.
Russia's President Vladimir Putin awards Orders of Courage to the widows of the victims at a ceremony in Moscow.
"Russia still has the greatest nuclear potential in the world, but nobody listened to us," he said. "Listen now."
US and international military experts have taken Putin's words with a grain of salt. "Nobody knows how much is bluster," Richard Aboulafia, vice president of analysis at the aerospace and defense consultancy Teal Group, told CNN at the time....
Lies, lies and more lies. First Putin stated they were cleaning up a sunken ship in the water when the explosion occurred, then the Russian propaganda machine took over calling it a nuclear reactor mishap that amounted to nothing and now Putin in his address to the people of Russia states the deaths of five scientists was the price to pay for an advanced weapon.
Regardless of a new weapon or not, the deaths that occurred that day included others rather than just scientists, it reduced the brain trust of Russia and caused radiation distribution that reached all the way to Europe. This is not permissible by any First World country. Russia WAS an emerging economy, but, after breaking a treaty with Ukraine, it is anyone's guess what exactly is occurring inside the remains of the failed Soviet Union.
Russia doesn't know how to handle nuclear material, carry out safe and MEASURED experiments nor does it care about human life so long as it doesn't touch Putin's inner circle.

...Authorities (click here) took days to admit what happened, first spreading disinformation to the public before conceding that there was some kind of malfunction with a nuclear reactor.
It appears that the event increased radiation levels by four to 16 times the normal amount, causing nearby residents to scramble to get iodine, which curbs radiation absorbed in their bodies.
Fans of the hit HBO show Chernobyl — and the actual people who lived through that nuclear disaster — no doubt see a familiar pattern. A nuclear explosion (albeit a much smaller one in this case) takes place; affected citizens know little as the government obfuscates the truth; facts leak out; and the government finally admits its mistakes — but by then, it may be too late for some to recover.
“I’m not a critic of the government, but in this situation its behavior is ugly,’’ Dmitry Zhukov, who lives in a city close to the accident’s site, posted on a Russian social media website. “They pretended nothing scary happened.”...
If all this wasn't enough to know about communists and their lies, China is no better. There is still another report with video that shows a Chinese booster rocket falling from the sky and destroying a Chinese farmer's home and a portion of his crop. There is no report as to whether the farmer and his family are alive as their home and neighboring building were wildly on fire.
Something has to do done with countries that pretend to actually have a program that matches First World countries. They don't.
Chattel. Communist governments don't care about the people, they care about power over their fears of The West's invasion.
Pure paranoia. These are the fears repeated to people in Russia over and over.

Russian President Vladimir Putin (click here) gathered his national security council Friday in a bid to anticipate upcoming challenges faced by Moscow, as the country prepares for the new decade with some of the worst ties with the West and its U.S.-led NATO alliance since the dawn of the 21st century.
Western countries, especially any remaining NGOs, need to leave Russia if they haven't already.
Addressing senior officials at the Kremlin, Putin said Friday he planned "to discuss ways and prospects for the development of the Russian military in the upcoming decade, until 2030." He said the council would "outline the tasks we will have to deal with in order to guarantee Russia's national interests and security," specifically highlighting the role of the various branches of the armed forces "in ensuring Russia's sovereignty."
"As we can see, the world is facing serious threats and challenges. There are many uncertainty factors," Putin told officials. "Technology is developing rapidly, including military technology, while competition and rivalry are growing stronger and morphing into new forms."
What many uncertainty factors, like the lack of treaties because Russia never lives up to them? Uncertainty factors like the Russians don't know how to properly handle nuclear capacity? All the uncertainty factors lie with Russia. If Russia would end it's Old World Soviet military ideology, Russia would find a world still willing to entertain free enterprise in that country.
"There are old, smoldering conflicts in various regions of the planet, and new ones keep appearing. The leading countries are actively developing their offensive weapons." he continued. "I would like to add that the so-called 'nuclear club' is receiving new members, as you well know. We are also seriously concerned about the NATO infrastructure approaching our borders, as well as the attempts to militarize outer space."...
The old smoldering conflicts that exist are in Putin's head and his ideological reach to the past to put the old Soviet Union map back together. Offensive weapons are being explored because Putin restarted the weapons race. If he hadn't turned his back on humanity out of pure fear of "The West," he would have found countries are more than receptive to peace and non-proliferation.
Russia is in a dreamscape of expansionism right now and there is no dealing with Putin. He believes he has the power to overrun every other country if necessary to achieve his perverted goals of domination of the planet. Well, killing scientists isn't going to get him there.
