This is a graph that appears in "Mongo Bay." (click here)  The fine print at the bottom of the graph states it was created through research by "Hansen." That is James Hansen. Besides the obvious tree cover (canopy) loss what I find most interesting is the vast increase in the loss after Trump was elected president and Former President Dilma Vana Rousseff was removed from office on 31 August 2016.
