The US House investigations and subpoenas are necessary because Trump, his family and the Trump Company have not been forthcoming in requests. Even requests that were accommodated to the Special Council investigations were not provided for the US House. If one is to understand the DOJ does not indict the president because of loyalty, then the US House is very powerful and is being denied it's processes.

Trump has no reason to make US House requests personal animosities toward Congressional members. That is a strategy he hopes is still viable for his re-election.

The strategy Trump uses is classic. Let every oppositional candidate ask for all the information in the world only to be found a fool for asking in the first place because Trump is an innocent man victimized by fame. It is all nonsense, especially when it applies to the government's role in oversight.

That strategy was employed when the AG delivered his review of the Special Council report. The AG played his part.
