GM's E100 is manufactured in China for the Chinese market. China needs an electric car and I applaud Barra for taking the initiative.
I swear, the Wall Street crowd simply hates women CEOs.

Trump huffs and puffs to blow the house of GM down, but, he isn't able to. The electric car subsidies are an empty threat. The Volt is one of the cars Barra is cutting production and there is only a 200,000 car subsidy as an incentive. GM has sold nearly that many already.
