There is no room for a vote on Friday, either. There are many more witnesses with information regarding possible criminal content. Criminal content can't stand. The FBI has the right to investigate and bring charges as they present themselves. I doubt Mr. Avenatti, although qualified to do so, would have to engage a criminal complaint on behalf of his client if the FBI is allowed to conduct an investigation.
