That breaks down to about 20 days per month of office time. Four weeks and five days per week.
So, the way I see it that means 92 thousand people have to be registered per day. I'll assume an eight hour work day. That is about 11 thousand and five hundred registrations per hour.
How long is the line going to be? Eleven thousand and five hundred people an hour is a little rough on the system. Not all eleven thousand will show up at the same time either.
