Speaker Boner is pathetic. The President doesn't have to consult with anyone unless the War Powers Act is to be called up.

Syria needs to be disarmed from it's missiles and chemical weapon delivery systems. The United Nations can easily make the plans to remove the missiles and bury them in the sand. The UN can also place seals on the chemical weapons stores and manufacturing plant until it can be removed.

There isn't going to be a war. Syria needs to be disarmed from causing problems. The United Nations also has to be given places throughout the country for humanitarian aid.

Boner doesn't have the information the President has. It is CONGRESS that has to consult with President Obama. 

There isn't going to be another war, unless, Assad is stupid enough to start one. It won't last long either.
