Frum stated he believes there is an opportunity in the midday from Monday through Friday to have an open program whereby the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act could be a focus to the nation. He believes it is the correct and patriotic mission at that time of day to reach the citizens to enlighten them as to the information they need to make informed and intelligent decisions.
