This is a training film produced by the Badr Brigade. Their intent on destroying American armored vehicles with the most powerful IEDs in Iraq.

The Badr Brigade has direct ties to the Iraqi Central Government through a man by the name of Abdul Aziz al-Hakim. Abdul Aziz al-Hakim is a surviving member of the original Iraqi Governing Council appointed by Bush and Bremer in December 2003. It is Mr. Hakim that has the authority to influence the killings of the Mahdi Army. It is probably his Badr Brigade that attempted to assassinate the Grand Ayatollah al Sistani and managed to seriously wound Sistani's Assistant.
