The 'incompetency' is noted in the address to Dr. Janet Bay. I had given her the information for this form over the phone after finding Dr. Bay 'on the net' after twenty years. It wasn't Bayside it was Riverside and Dr. Wilson's secretary needed a more specific addresss. His secretary accepted the information from me and forwarded years of records to Dr. Bay.
Dr. Janet Bay was Patricia's most successful neurosurgeon in the early years when Dr. Bay was at The Cleveland Clinic. Patricia was looking for an opinion that would differ from that regarding Gamma Knife Treatment. Instead, Janet Bay confirmed the need for it. Patricia retreated into fear once again and refused to follow through on the advise of her most trusted friend in Ohio.
