Get angry that you are exposed to these type of weather conditions and demand protection from dangrous flooding. Where police departments and fire departments man power are over extended then the governors need to be deploying National Guard assistance to supervise travel that is possible. Don't take safety on yourselves. Demand help in traveling or don't do it at all. Flash floods are very dangerous and what seems like water runoff can rise quickly. Please demand services for your safety and don't take chances.
