There is again dynamics at play at both coasts of Central America that could easily manifest into a single large storm considering there is still an exacerbating dynamics along the east coast of the USA. There is an 'eddy' off the vortex east of Greenland now located east of the Virginia and North Carolina border. This east coast system could generate a similar storm to "Ophelia."
