September 7, 2005. I think I am a little surprised the Gulf of Mexico isn't being given more attention. This convection center has been there more than twelve hour now. The longer it is there the more chance it will become something bigger. The three storms in the Atlantic are moving with the 'pull' of the vortex and away from the continent. There are several possibilties. The three in the Atlantic could consolidate into one. Possibly the strongest of the three currently in the middle, hence dissipating the other two. There could just move off into the Arctic Ocean, Or they can disspate their energy into the Gulf.
