Now there is a storm that has manifested in the Pacific. That is what Hurricane Hilary looked like when it was absorbed into Katrina. This isn't going to stop until Global Warming stops. The carbon dioxide of Earth is way to high. Noted this phenomina is not occuring in the Southern Hemisphere.
