It would seem as through the 'water vapor' is comfortable everywhere in the Northern and Western Hemisphere EXCEPT where wildfires are burning out of control. It's 'too hot' for the water vapor to exist. Southern Idaho, Northern and Southern California. Eastern Tennesee. This further bolsters the observational theory that if the surface of Earth is too hot water does not exist !
