July 23, 2005. Huntington Beach, California. I was interested in the way this photographer characterized his experience. To me the color fo the water and it's tidal frequency was interesting as well considering the undertow seemed so long in distance considering the ocean waters were as warm as he reported them. He states: The waves weren't fantastic, but they weren't bad. The water was warm though - no wetsuit for me and the surfers only wore their spring suits (those wimps ;-) It has been so hot lately that just being in the water was refreshing!
