The reason I believe the view is consistent is that the Northern Hemisphere is currently caught up in a CAPPING vortex 'heat distribution' system that has disconnected from the equator and is distributing the 'coldness' of the Arctic Ocean down around the lower latitudes at the expense of the ice formations under this phenomena. Note the 'rigids' of air separating this unique climate system from an existing climate system at the equator. I'll attach a link from UNISYS to view the motion although the '12 hour' version isn't working the way it should at the moment. I might be my computer. Here we go.
