April 30, 2005. This is a picture of the troposphere taken in Anchorage, Alaska. It is reasonable to say these are indicative of the type of 'heat trapping' event occuring in the Arctic Circle. This is an excellant representation and although not the exact date and time these cloud formations in this area are consistent over time. The 'picture' has changed that much over a few days. I believe it indicates the type of 'on the ground view' being noted from satellites below.
