That is Trump’s political agenda. California is experiencing extreme tragedy and the immorality of Trumps “conditions” to help are more than politics. Trump is not to play with people’s lives and best outcomes with the help of taxpayer money for the purpose of his politics. His ultimatums are outrageous. Californians have a right to their value system without oppression or conditions.
Taxpayer assistance in the face of disaster and death MUST NEVER be used for politics. The USA government never takes citizens as political hostages.
