Incompetence

Add to the shenanigans of the DOJ and Noems unlawful revelations the fact Hegseth is violating human rights as well as the Geneva Conventions addressing the treatment of prisoners there is a great deal of wrong doing within the Trump administration. Additionally, Trump only offers lies and cover-ups in order to hide all the violations of USA policy.

When is Congress going to act to stop these enormous abuses of power causing escalation in violence domestically and internationally? 

There are a lot of theatrics with this administration, but, no substantive policy or methods to bring these wrongful actions to an end.

Trump is lawless and demands the same of his cabinet. Congress must act and these unhinged tactics must end. Trump is NOT allowed to act against our allies in the way he is demonstrating such departure from negotiations within NATO regarding Ukraine.

None of these scenarios are acceptable. All are outside the policies of the USA Rule of Law and long held treaties. Congress is negligent at the very least if not in contempt of the USA Constitution itself. Has everyone gone mad? This is the country, its governance and the balance of power throughout the world. Trump and his administration is way out of line.

Stating this brash administration is incompetent is being generous.

Not persecution, prosecution.

The DOJ appears unable to function within the Rule of Law. The case Scott MacFarlane is referring to has already gone to court and Taylor Toronto was found guilty of insurrection on January 6th. He was to appear in a pleading to set his sentence. In order to stop the sentencing as the DOJ was unable to stop the trial, two prosecutors handling the case are placed on leave. 

Amazing.

Taylor Toronto is a very dangerous person known to seek violence against President Obama. Yet, rather than have him sentenced and placed in jail/prison the Trump DOJ is moving to end his sentencing. That is interference in Due Process and negating a jury’s decision and is unlawful and corrupt.

That is not all that is bizarre with this administration, Kristi Noem appeared on Face the Nation and clearly stated the USA would find all involved in the violence resulting in death and maiming of two national guard troops and PERSECUTE them. She said it and meant it. 

She also seemed to know clearly the murderer was radicalized within the USA to act against the National Guard. What does that mean exactly? Her statements were all inflammatory and offered no reassurance about this case at all.

This is an ongoing process in Ukraine. It is unfortunate. Putin will propagandize this to discredit Zelenskyy. I wouldn’t be surprised if the cash went to Putin himself.

What happened to all the Americans that die every day because of Venezuelan shipments? Because it was Hernandez protecting the shipments the conviction is unfair? I am certain Hernandez has plenty of drug profits to pay well for his pardon.

We are the USA military and not soldiers of fortune. Lithuania is a NATO partner and Article 5 has already been invoked. This price gouging for USA presence is exploitation. On one hand Trump is courting Putin to increase Russia’s push into Ukraine thinking Trump is in his back pocket, and then when NATO borders are being impinged by Russia, Trump decides to charge for USA services. Absolutely not in any capacity.

The USA takes care of its own. There is no invoice for their service when allies are in need. That is outrageous. There is a reason why a percentage of GDP is required in the alliance. I don’t care if Lithuania is up to date on their percentage GDP or not; Lithuania is not to be held hostage when the alliance is in need.

Trump’s folly

Every time something goes wrong in the country involving immigrants Trump will blame the law and seek more authority to justify his abhorrence of the USA Constitution.

He will not abide by the law and remove the National Guard as ordered. He will seek to inflame the circumstances and continue to attack the law and judges. 

He will never reassess.

He has no reason to blame the law as he ordered new legislation defeated last year so he can play god.

USA Immigration Policy

The law of the land is the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).

It is the very sound basis of USA immigration. It has been amended over the decades but it was enacted in 1952. So while amendments are always interesting the MISSION of the LAW is to FACILITATE immigration INCLUDING bringing families together, and enforcement of immigration law.

While the six pansies of the Supreme Court seem to think deportations “at will” is constitutional that is incorrect through stare decisis. 

The USA immigration law has existed more than 70 years. It takes an act of Congress to completely change the law. Banning Third World countries is more lawlessness intended to impress those scared after the assassination attempts of two national guard members. It is a “hero worship syndrome” Trump is attempting to carry out. Father knows best and he has the power to make it happen.

Shooting people in the head is inflicting permanent injury leading to death. Assassinations. One has been successful and the other is clinging to life with hopes of consciousness and a return to his family. His life will never be the same and recovery is lengthy. Their lives were affected while on active duty.

Congress needs to resume a return to adopting a new immigration law, but, if they do not that means stare decisis still reigns including decades of law that encouraged immigration including uniting or reuniting families.

Immigration lawyers have long standing law to justify their practice. That is why Trump is attempting to intimidate them. The law is on their side.

Trump has created a war theater with Venezuela to refuse NATO. He can’t and at a time when it appears NATO needs us most he is pretending a peace plan will actually happen between Russia and Ukraine allowing him to justify his planned assault on Venezuela. 

Trump is an ex-patriot in a seat of power used to the detriment of the USA Constitution.

Russia is assaulting NATO borders. The last thing our ALLIES in Europe need is Trump behaving badly. But, he doesn’t care. He has a lawless agenda that involves attacking an ally. That is completely unconscionable.

The same dynamics exist with our neighbor to the north, Canada. We will never invade them.

These are two wonderful allies that love democracy as much as we do. Trump has been and continues to be the most horrendous president this country has ever experienced. He continues to build tensions domestically seeking control of the 2026 elections. 

The demolition of the East Wing of the White House is a declaration of permanence as Trump’s place of residence. He is moving Maralogo to the White House because he can’t afford the Florida estate when he leaves DC power brokerage. He has been assailing universities and companies to increase his wealth which is completely against the law. All those intimidation tactics will end when he leaves power. His plan is to make power brokering his domain from the White House forever. He is a sick man.

Two West Virginians were shot under Trump.

Besides his other injuries he had a cranial injury as well. In the last scenes his pupils are equal and he is mobile. The care team is magnificent.

Trump has ordered the Pam Bondi DOJ to develope an American holocaust. Trump is declaring war on domestic terrorist groups including those that are non-violent. Basically, any activist and non-activist that does not share his values and are not obedient to his standards are targets.

A Georgia judge (click here) ended the sprawling 2020 election interference case against President Donald Trump and his co-defendants after the prosecutor who took it over said he was dropping the charges.

The decision from Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee came shortly after Prosecutor Peter Skandalakis notified the judge he would not proceed with the charges. Skandalakis took over the case earlier this month after the original prosecutor, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, was disqualified.

"In my professional opinion, the citizens of Georgia are not served by pursuing this case in full for another five to ten years," Skandalakis wrote, saying he was ending the case "to serve the interests of justice and promote judicial finality."...

Joe is very upset.

This is simply being an American. Joe is correct the entire “threat paradigm” is nonsense. The idea a USA hero is under attack by the Secretary of Defense is outrageous. Mark Kelley is a great American who has gone above and beyond for this country as has his family. 

These statements about illegal orders is very valuable to recognize as to the degree Trump is assaulting the USA Constitution. These great Americans have cracked open the corrupt agenda of Trump and laid it before the American people. Thank you.

When there is a man in the presidency dictating anarchy, doesn’t that dictate anarchy throughout the country and its military? 

It seems to me Donald Trump is unable to maintain his oath of office if he is stating anarchy rules the day. Somehow every human being on planet Earth is to genuflect to Trump’s words.

The USA Constitution is the law of the land. If Trump is trading the Rule of Law for a return to the Wild West, who then is committing crimes and who is not and who determines that and who are the judges and where is the gallows in the public square?

Dismissed without prejudice

Trump cannot appeal the James and Comey dismissal.

The DOJ can properly assign a prosecutor to file, but, in the Comey case the statute of limitations has passed. Comey won’t have this problem again. I am less certain about the James case, but, the DOJ must assign the prosecutor and refile charges. Double jeopardy comes to mind as a defeat of Trump the second time around.

Calling for an investigation is grasping at straws. Things aren’t going well for Donald. He inappropriately is throwing a hissy fit, as Commander and Chief, at an American hero. 

There are no secrets about Mark Kelly. His life is an open book. We even know the effect on his telomeres from his time in space compared to his twin brother. The extent this man has supported his country, as well as his wife is celebrated. 

What Trump SHOULD have done is recognize the VALIDITY of those statements and agreed with them. Instead he has made it plainly obvious he intends to use more illegal orders than he already has demanded be carried out.  In recognition of the illegal orders used against the people within our borders there are grounds for action against Trump and his minions. 

Trump is a primadonna due to the indulgent Supreme Court in assaulting civil law and the rights every American has to go about life uninterrupted by menacing authority. Trump is emboldened to think he can order every person in this country to perform to his standard. It is no different than his assault against government agencies he deplores.

These agencies aren’t going anywhere. Neither is the Affordable Care Act and Patient Bill of Rights. What the Republicans have done is defund the agencies and the health care law to make it difficult for their ability to function. 

Trump’s actions as President and Commander and Chief are unlawful. There is no debate about this. His aggressive behavior and demands are another abuse of power.

Nurse Practitioners aren’t a professional?

It is not just nurses. So let me get this straight, the last two decades of developing the professions to increase a medical professionals’ capacity so the American people could receive health care more quickly and efficiently was a waste of money. 

Who is seeing Americans, writing prescriptions, and making referrals? Because to DIAGNOSE it requires a professional. If a person can’t diagnose, they can’t treat or order treatment.

The Republicans raiding the treasury makes sense now. They won’t be back to serve so they are enriching themselves before the next election. After all, Donald is King Don.

Trump sounds exactly like Putin.

The return of Viktor. He was president of Ukraine at one time. He dismantled the Ukrainian military and placed militias with his loyal oligarchs. Crimea was allowed to remain with Ukraine because Russia controlled Viktor. 

President Zelenskyy will do what is best for Ukraine, but, this is not a peace treaty, it is surrender. Why should Russia care about the strength of sovereign Ukraine’s military if he gets all the land he wants? Putin wants the subordinate Ukraine back to continue his march westward.

Trump is a fool. He is weakening NATO by surrendering Ukraine to Putin. What’s in it for Trump?

President Zelenskyy needs to have his own peace treaty in place to start serious negotiations directly with Russia. He does not need a mediary. He needs strong friends to assist Putin in accepting unconditional peace for the region.

Untrustworthy

This is the mess the judges in this country are confronting. So, every judicial decision ends up as an emergency on the Supreme Court Shadow Docket. This is not incompetence in the lower courts or the Federal Appeals Court in Washington, DC. The cases come before a Solicitor General and it is put into a context the Supreme Court recognizes. Basically, Trump’s Solicitor General is smoothing over the incompetence of the prosecutors and making a federal case out if every parking ticket (exaggeration for clarity).

The enormous propaganda of the Venezuelans wasn’t enough to learn of the incompetence of this administration? 

The Supreme Court is engaged in some kind of confrontational social agenda, acts as politicos and not justices, while allowing Trump a free for all with a dreamscape of changing every precedent (Stare decisis) it disagrees with. The Trump administration and it’s six conservative justices are power brokers.

In this case, the officials stalking citizens saw a smoking instrument and decided it was an illegal marijuana joint. Marijuana does not produce big clouds of exhaled smoke. Large clouds of exhaled smoke comes from Vaps or e-cigarettes or electronic cigarettes. 

Additionally, in this case, the evidence the prosecution submitted contradicted the testimony of its star witness. 

This is nothing short of harassment and every defense lawyer also needs to pursue lawsuits at the time of arrest against Homeland Security.

This is TRUMP WORLD. It has a high level of incompetency as well as its own facts and processes. Trump World is a police state where a police’s testimony is unquestioned as law.

It won’t stop Putin.

I find it astonishing there is no real process. Putin hasn’t even heard any details. Yet, Zelenskyy is under pressure to create a 28 point plan that surrenders pieces of Ukraine land.

If such a TREATY (not agreement) goes through it is a victory for Putin that will emboldened his resolve to move further west. Valdimir Putin is a brinkmanship negotiator. The brinkmanship never stops even after signatures are made.

Any agreement (not treaty) will be violated after the celebrations have been made. Putin is not trustworthy. He wants to destroy NATO and has made it completely clear that is his goal. Putin is actively moving against NATO and Article Five (click here) has already been engaged. 

Appeasement to Putin will be viewed by the Russian as a vulnerability and weakness and it will give him permission to continue hiding aspirations for more.

The problem with Trump is that he has his own dictionary and rule book. Recent court cases in the USA are revealing it. When negotiators are not settled upon the language and each party has their own dictionary any agreement is invalid from the beginning. 

There must be clear and crisp understanding of any of the 28 articles in a peace TREATY. None of the language can be murky to allow for wiggle room. Every article of a peace TREATY has to achieve a specific goal to bring about peace and maintain it. There cannot be linchpins that lead back to conflict. Only Zelenskyy and Putin know where there are linchpins. They are the leaders of their countries and have historical and sustainable understanding of the people and what will work. For Putin, it is my opinion, nothing will work. He will never settle for the current borders of Russia and live with it. To him there will always be more.

The war with Putin has always been one of attrition. He has other communists and soldiers of fortune in sympathy with his aggression and financial rewards. The movement against him will have to include all the countries currently supplying his reinforcements. His carnage of human beings is despicable and without conscience. Negotiations to end the bleeding of human beings must take place as those leaving their countries for Russian gold will lessen available men and open those countries to exploitation of resources.

The conflicts in Africa are always about resources to continue the ideological wars. The ideologies exist to satisfy the wealth of a few. Soldiers of fortune are not returning home with their promised rewards. They are dying as untrained brutes, no different than the dead Russian soldiers.
