Foreign nationals have died in Putin's political war. There was a report about an American Ukrainian man trying to reach his wife when the war broke out. He learned she was dead along with his two sons in a picture put on line. She and her two sons were gunned down by a Russian soldier for absolutely no reason at all, except, she was Ukrainian.
