The elimination of the Intermediate Range Missile Treaty to opt for nuclear proliferation is pure idiocy. We have here before. A long time ago the USA had so many nuclear weapons along with Russia there was assured mutual destruction. And not just once, but, the two countries had enough nuclear weapons to kill each other thousands of times their population.

Donald Trump just kissed Vladimir Putin’s ring and swallowed hard. Trump is selling out the country and no is coming forward to stop him. All this for a judge on the Supreme Court? The Republicans are living in denial of reality and Putin continues to encroach on Europe as if no sees it.

Here is something to worry about. The Chinese has studied the USA air power and have decided building bigger and more deadly weapons isn't the way to thwart USA aircraft.

The Chinese Air Force (click here) is building a mystery missile designed to turn the tables on America's air power advantage.

The weapon, tentatively known as PL-XX, is a very-long-range missile designed to strike enemy aircraft loitering just beyond the edge of an air battle. The point is to shoot down the tankers, airborne early warning planes, and other support aircraft that U.S. combat jets rely upon during wartime. Stripped of these forces, U.S. air power would operate at a serious disadvantage, shifting the air battle in China’s favor.

The new missile, spotted in 2016 at the Zhuhai Air Show, is the subject of a new article at Aviation Week & Space Technology. PL-XX carries the typical "PL" designation common to Chinese air-to-air missiles. At 18 feet long, PL-XX is thought to have a range exceeding 100 miles, the typical maximum range of air-to-air missiles....

War has moved passed nuclear weapons and now calls upon technology that can disable military machines and end battles. Nuclear proliferation is obsolete.
