Mr. Browder acted nobly in passing the Magnitsky Act (Public Law 112-208) (Originally the Russia and Moldova Jackson-Vanik Repeal Act of 2012 HR. 6156). It is outrageous and treasonous to hand Americans to the Russian government for interrogation.
Russia does not allow extradition of their citizens and his agents kill people in the U.K. at will. There will be absolutely not one American handed to Russia for interrogation on US soil or otherwise.
The Trump Administration is allowing Russia to deconstruct USA laws. The Magnitsky Act is LAW in this country and no dam Russian is going to harass Americans for their own purpose. To allow American law to be deconstructed by foreign agents is treason. End of discussion.
If Vladimir Putin wants to talk to Mr. Browden, he will have to ask Browden himself and he’ll have to ask nicely. I think most everyone in the world already knows the answer.
Trump is creating a slippery slope by allowing Russia to interrogate Americans. It won’t be tolerated. By allowing citizens to become insecure in their own citizenship is treason. Law enforcement in the USA are ONLY allowed to question Americans and only after the American understand their rights to due process. Russia will NEVER conduct interrogations of Americans.
At this point the USA Executive Branch should start to consider sending Russian diplomats back to Russia for the potential threat they are to Americans.
