I thank President Obama and Secretary of State Kerry. The Keystone XL Pipeline was never viable as a source of oil for the USA.

The decision was NEVER up to TransCanada.

The Alberta Tar Sands is the most carbon intensive fuel on Earth next to the burning of Peat. The FACTS are all there.
