Icicles assume fantastic shapes inside a cave at Apostle Islands National Lakeshore in northern Wisconsin.
As ice formations have migrated to lower latitudes what new shapes of crystals and snow flakes can be found? The ice crystals from previous studies have never experienced this climate. I would expect them to be different in some instances.
