What I find really interesting is that off duty police officers substituting in our educational system might have a use for these disasters on wheels.

This is really precious though. Ohio State University is in Columbus, Ohio.

Best I can find these are not for public sale, so they have to be brought to USA domestic government through arrangements. Those arrangements are probably made possible by US House members.

U.S. Congressman Pat Tiberi (R-OH) (click here) today announced his plan to give schools another tool when deciding how to best protect students from harm.  His bill would encourage off-duty law enforcement officers to substitute teach by allowing their substitute teaching wages to be tax-exempt.  This would provide the opportunity, within state substitute teaching requirements, for highly-trained, armed officials to be in schools at any given time....
