Leon Panetta, is an excellant choice when one is seeking loyalty and trustworthiness.

Feinstein is "W"rong in this instance. Hayden was never a good choice and will compromise the war strategies of the new administration. Hayden has to go !

Bill Clinton needs to be involved with the confirmation process for the Obama White House. He and Carville to insure that the transition proceeds with qualified people regardless of the 'policial dog and pony show' the Republicans will try to make it.

It also won't be a bad 'idea' to have some very loyal and trustiworthy agents and former agents be a part of an advisory committee to the Director. People like Joe Wilson, Valerie Plame, Retired Colonel W. Patrick Lang, Larry Johnson and Jim Marcinkowski.

....for a nominee who would not be tainted by support for the CIA's secret detention program for terror suspects and the use of controversial interrogation techniques, including waterboarding.
