Interesting picture. Not because it is a Semi in water over it's axels, but, because the water it is submerged in is STILL water. It's not moving. THe ripples in the water reveal concentric circles as if minor motion, like dropping a pebble in a lake. The water isn't going anywhere. It is not receding, except in minor ways. This is a LAKE, not a flood ! Saturation, lots of ground saturation over a period of time.
