I wasn't wrong about Galveston, Texas in that it was an 'injection' point to this 'system.' NOTED :: The densest of the water vapor over terra firma and gulf waters is directly over Galveston, Texas.

This is the first time I have seen the Arctic aire decend to meet the eddy/storm/hurricane. The water vapor aire masse is nearly complete now.
