August 22, 2005. Estes Park, Colorado. Photographer states :: The sky is absolutely beautiful! Looks like a winter snow scene except it's just a boatload of hail! Really wild to see! We were pounded with hail! Estes Park, CO 7500 ft above sea level. Near Rocky Mountain National Park. Temp is 52 at my house, it was in the 70's!
