She is magnificent. Her words are magic. I could not begin to understand how a personal history would include ancestors that were bought and sold and held in shackles.
There have been more attacks in New Zealand. Knife attacks on trains where people are somewhat helpless victims to the criminal. She mentions trains in her spoken words. She writes poetry and she is right, her curls have a unique history that is her family and her world.
The point is, this is the civilization that the majority of the Western world embraces. She is a product of a culture and society that loves their young people and nurtures them with perfection.
Members of civilized society attend book readings and poetry performances, ballet and opera. Has the USA president taken the time out to enjoy the arts? Does he know what the arts are?
Don't expect anything from him that he hasn't already shown as his only methods of communication. Need I say more?

Let's get something straight about Trump, these deaths won't necessarily bother him.
Trump is a businessman, not a statesman. These deaths won't phase him if he decided to talk to Kim again.
The Third World is very attractive to business people and Wall Street. It isn't as though good relations will bring about democracy or a vast new customer base, but, it will provide cheap labor. So, the idea of improving corporate profits makes the people of the Third World a new harvest of profit taking.
Trump has already engaged Kim Jong Un in relations to bringing business interests to North Korea. I heard there were contracts already in the works. These deaths won't mean anything. They are simply processing problems for the North Korean regime. For all Trump cares, he will believe Kim and go along with the idea they were the cause of the failure of the talks. Any excuse is a good excuse.
Kim has killed his family. Trump knew that going into any "beautiful letter" relationship. Trump didn't care. It is about money.
Usually when the USA begins a new relationship with a country that has the history North Korea does with human rights abuses, there is a lot of concern for correcting that path before any business relationships are embarked on, but, to Trump human rights abuses are not the issue so much as beginning any form of exploitation of human labor or natural resources. Does anyone actually expect Trump to demand environmental regulations to North Korea or China?
He is not Obama or Bush or Clinton. They would seek a better and safer world for the USA to exist in by bringing change to the country. Trump is about money. Getting money. Spending money. Putting his name on any available building to bring more money to his company. Human rights and environmental integrity are foreign to him. He is not interested in being briefed about the higher moral path for anything.
So, don't expect Trump to be the master diplomat. He isn't interested. He is interested in a relationship that carries profits and nothing more. He could not care less about the nuclear non-proliferation treaty. He doesn't care if Russia invades the USA and assaults it's sovereign elections.
Donald Trump does not set limits and conditions, he asks how he can help North Korea with a new form of economy. Trump was engaged in building a tower in Moscow. Why? There aren't a whole lot better places that would be far more successful than Moscow? The Third World and developing economies is the only place where Trump's ideas are viable. He isn't going to take offense from Kim because he executed some people that got him P-O'ed.

So far, (click here) the most important conclusion we can draw from reports North Korea’s senior nuclear negotiator and four foreign ministry officials were executed in March is this: Kim Jong Un is not the reliable, trustworthy negotiator President Trump has made him out to be.
According to the South Korean newspaper Chosun Ilbo, a senior aide to leader Kim Jong Un was “sent to a labor and reeducation camp,” and two lower-level officials were imprisoned....

Speaker Pelosi should task her House Energy and Commerce Committee to write legislation regarding USA tariff policy.
US House Energy and Commerce Committee (click here)
This is a very big deal. She remembers the global economic collapse of 2008. It is this picture that is potentially growing. Today, the financial markets are losing ground. This is THE BEGINNING of a retreat by the markets. The markets never dump all their stocks at once no matter how scared they may be.
I refer to the Halliburton stocks. Halliburton has been losing value and status since it's involvement in the invasion of Iraq. The fall of it's value has been continuous, but, persistent. That is the way the financial markets handle uncertainty.
It is the loss of moral efficacy that is at play here. The markets demand stability and in that stability are government policies that are rock solid and predictable. Today is a clear indication the markets are concerned for it's future.
The Speaker should task her committee to address this and put those bills forward to be passed by veto proof majorities in the US House and Senate.
Immigration policy cannot be solved by financial markets. The entire idea is bizarre. The financial markets have a right to know their future and the US House has an opportunity to calm the waters. I am not even a fan of the financial markets and their risky exploits, but, this is going to result in market loss day after day, month after month and the investors won't be thinking twice about abandoning stocks effected by Trump's strange idea of immigration policy.
The US Senate needs to pass the House's immigration reform bill with veto proof majorities.
Yes, it is just that important and Americans need to let their US Senators know this level of turbulence will not be tolerated. There are perfectly good bills the US Senate can pass now that will end this disastrous presidency.

Quite frankly, I think this is a retaliatory attack on GM for it's plant closings and job losses.
These are live updates regarding the ever unpredictable assault on American commerce. (click here)
General Motors has made some surprising statements about it's reorganization out of the car business and into a concentrated assembly of SUVs, trucks and recreational vehicles such as the new Jeep. The Jeep manufacturing plant in Ohio has been refitted to accommodate the new edition of a classic. (click here)
I think Trump's retaliation against GM can be masked as an immigration issue. I also believe companies effected by this bizarre tariff have reasons to file suit against the USA. This is ridiculous. NAFTA is supposed to be replaced by CAMUS, aka USMCA. There have been large amounts of money and time spent by governments and companies to achieve a North American agreement. This is being toyed with for whatever reason that is Trump, including another assault on the USA by a man that is a Russian sympathizer.
I don't believe this is shortsighted; I believe this is a temper tantrum.
This level of unpredictable policy coming from ONLY the Executive Branch is wreaking havoc with the financial markets and rightfully so. There is no place to put money today that is guaranteed to be safe. China's footprint is in question and now this hideous tariff intended to hurt GM is still another clear indication the markets are at risk.
The financial markets are at risk with Trump. The sovereignty of the USA is at risk with Trump. This can't continue. If Trump thinks he can assault private companies for his own bizarre priorities, he is very wrong. This cannot continue.
Donald J. Trump is a danger to the USA in many ways, this is just one.

H.R. 1 will have to be read along with the Special Counsel's report.
The Special Counsel's report was written out of the alarming circumstances of a foreign power's cyber warfare to place a preferred candidate, Donald J. Trump in office. When the US House convened this session it drew up a bill to address this very assault on the domestic elections of the USA. It is important this bill is read and understood. It is a first step in solving the problems that assault the sovereignty of the USA.
The bill has been passed and is currently in the US Senate waiting a vote. It is an extensive bill. This bill demonstrates clearly there are ways to protect the USA from cyber warfare when it effects the elections.

The criminal activity of Donald J. Trump, his friends and his enterprises is astounding.
Li "Cindy" Yang, the friend Trump was pictured with below, was selling influence. Trump knew she was bringing all sorts of people to Mar-a-Lago. Trump, Kraft are all wealthy men that evidently live to be used by everyone else.
The bottom line is money. Yang was using her membership at Mar-a-Lago to bring paying customers on the property and into parties where Trump was present for the very purpose of meeting the president and acquiring influence. Many of her visitors to Mar-a-Lago were from China. They were bringing money to find a way to make American their home for business and otherwise.
This desire for money at any cost is a theme with Trump and his family. It was recently Jared Kushner received a great deal of money from Qatar.

London/New York/Dubai - When news emerged that Qatar (click here) may have unwittingly helped bail out a New York skyscraper owned by the family of Jared Kushner, Donald Trump’s son-in-law, eyebrows were raised in Doha.
Kushner, a senior White House adviser, was a close ally of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman - a key architect of a regional boycott against Qatar, which Riyadh accuses of sponsoring terrorism. Doha denies the charge.
Brookfield, a global property investor in which the Qatari government has placed investments, struck a deal last year that rescued the Kushner Companies’ 666 Fifth Avenue tower in Manhattan from financial straits.
The bailout, in which Doha played no part and first learned about in the media, has prompted a rethink of how the gas-rich kingdom invests money abroad via its giant sovereign wealth fund, two sources with knowledge of the matter told Reuters.
The country has decided that the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) will aim to avoid putting money in funds or other investment vehicles it does not have full control over, according to the sources, who are familiar with the QIA’s strategy.
“Qatar started looking into how its name got involved into the deal and found out it was because of a fund it co-owned,” said one of the sources. “So QIA ultimately triggered a strategy revamp.”...
This transaction surprised Qatar. This transaction has caused Qatar to revamp it's investing strategy. It is my opinion, the high level security clearance that Kushner received from his father-in-law, Donald J. Trump, was used to conduct research on how to obtain vast amounts of money from COUNTRIES, such as Qatar, without consent of the country's leadership. I believe Kushner is going to attempt to do the same thing in Europe at the meeting where he is a surprise attendee.
None of these scamming activities are USA business. Trump uses his property in Florida to allow access and no one knows the extent to which he peddles his influence on that property. Evidently, there is enough evidence to warrant the issuing of subpoenas. If there are subpoenas issued, that means there are laws in question. This is the property where the president of the USA spends time, supposedly as a relief from his activities as president. Reagan had California, "W" had Texas and the Clintons would vacation in Massachusetts. But, the activities that occur at Mar-a-Lago aren't for rest and relaxation, it is for more "slick" business dealings.
Donald J. Trump always manages to hold law breaking an arm's length away from himself. It was seen with Michael Cohen, a very fine lawyer with a very fine career, then became entangled with the Trump Company and now is paying the price in prison. That is just one person. Paul Manafort is in prison and definitely connected to the Trump campaign. Manafort is known to have passed campaign polling data to a Russian operative.
This entire presidency stinks. It is wall to wall corruption that occurs daily with members of his cabinet, yet he holds those same people at arms length due to an "Ethics" wall he put in place to protect him from being connected to the wrongdoing.
His daughter, Ivanka gave up her business because the patents she obtained in China for her own wealth became too hot to handle. I have no doubt when she gave up her business it and the Chinese patents were sold for a tidy sum. But the way, those patents will not produce products in China that will be sold in the USA. I have to wonder how much of the Chinese profit Ivanka will offshore. And the closing of her New York office was so tearful. I doubt there were crocodile tears from Ivanka.
Again, Kushner with the help of Trump, Jr. wrangled visas from our USA Congress to provide Chinese business people a ride to the USA to invest in properties owned by these families.
The ruse with Ivanka and Jared is that they volunteer at the White House as advisors. I betcha, but, the bottom line again here is money and plenty of it. A salary would raise too many questions.
Wealthy people like money. No doubt. They like to make money and sometimes they borrow money to invest in new opportunities. THAT IS NOT WHAT IS OCCURRING WITH TRUMP, HIS FAMILY, HIS EXTENDED FAMILY AND ASSOCIATES.
The law breaking by this president continues with more and more plans by the family to continue their research of highly classified documents to find more opportunistic loopholes like the one in Qatar. This has to end. I can only imagine the talk around the world of the president's escapades with his family of greed merchants.

The meetings of Sunni Arab leaders in Saudi Arabia is a danger to the region.
This is the over reaction by the Saudi prince. He has too many bombers the way it is; he needs no more. These were drones and the Saudi prince responded with warplanes.
May 17, 2019
Gulf coalition warplanes (click here) have pounded Yemen’s Houthi-held capital Sana’a after rebels struck Saudi oil installations, in a surge of violence that threatens to shatter a peace deal.
The Houthi health ministry said six civilians were killed and 60 wounded, including two Russian women working in the health sector.
Among the dead were as many as five children, a United Nations humanitarian coordinator added.
There is no proportionality with the Saudi prince. He is brutal and carries out crimes against humanity without a single thought otherwise. The Houthi's carried out a pathetic attack on TWO SAUDI OIL PUMPING STATIONS with drones. In return, Sana's children are slaughtered. It is obvious the Saudi prince rains terror in the region.
The strikes on Houthi targets in the capital were launched after the Iran-backed rebels claimed responsibility for an armed drone attack on two oil-pumping stations in Saudi Arabia two days earlier.
Residents in Sana’a shared photos of civilians dragging the limp bodies of children out of the rubble of a residential building. They later circulated an image of a little girl, who was believed to be the sole survivor of an airstrike that hit her home....
The described mischief Saudi Arabia is calling attacks on their oil assets is overblown and ridiculous. There is no doubt there has been some sort of terrorist attacks upon Saudi oil fields and oil ships, but, this was not a sovereign authority that carried it out. This is not anything that amounts to a declaration of war. The so-called Saudi assets are poorly protected and are laying in wait for extremist groups to carry out irritating attacks.
This is an attempt to bring all the Sunni Arab leaders under one umbrella to bring about a single purpose that is war with the Shi'ites. This is nothing more than an excuse for a religious war and it needs to end before it even begins. If the Saudi prince bothered to protect his oil assets from such attacks it would not have happened in the first place.
There is no way the USA should be sucked into this mess. Such an ill-conceived war will go on forever and millions of people will die. The entire idea by the Saudi prince is more of what the world has witnessed from him as he began his leadership for the Kingdom. He has been exceptionally aggressive across the region and it is his desire for war that exists, no one else is this stupid.
May 30, 2019
Arab leaders (click here) have gathered in Saudi Arabia for a three-day emergency summit following attacks on Gulf oil assets this month which Riyadh pins on Tehran.
Thursday's events come after Saudi Arabia accused Iran of ordering drone attacks on oil pumping stations in the kingdom, which were claimed by Yemen's Iran-aligned Houthi group, and the sabotage of oil tankers off the coast of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
A top United States's security official said Iranian mines were "almost certainly" used in the tanker operation. Tehran denies any involvement.
The United States of America is NOT to participate with this brutal Saudi regime and must end all military sales to a country determined to turn the Middle East into hell. It wasn't enough for the region to suffer from Daesh and then triumph in ending it, now the Saudi prince wants to replace Daesh with a greater threat of his own jets and bombs.
These are human rights violations and the Saudi prince must be held accountable.
The aggressor countries in the region have used the end of Daesh as a springboard to greater wars of revenge and it needs to end. NOW!

NOW!
Saudi woman have horror stories to tell.
The phone app, "Absher" should be removed as a viable product. It victimizes women.

Tbilisi - For more than five years, (click here) Maha and Wafa al-Subaie planned their escape from Saudi Arabia.
The sisters hoped to flee their family, which they said was physically abusive and controlled almost every aspect of their lives. This control was facilitated in part by a smartphone app called Absher.
The app can be used to grant or deny permissions for state services such as obtaining a passport or traveling outside the country. The app also offers electronic access to a variety of government services and notifies guardians if women travel beyond Saudi Arabia.
While not mandatory to have, the smartphone app has come to replace the country’s travel permission cards for many women, who under Saudi Arabia’s laws must get approval from a male guardian to obtain a passport or travel abroad.
Even once the sisters were able to leave the country, the sisters worried the app would help their family find them.
“It’s an enemy of women,” Maha al-Subaie, 28, said of the app, which has drawn growing international scrutiny for its role in perpetuating Saudi Arabia’s guardianship system. Under the system, a woman is effectively a minor from birth to death, requiring a male guardian — usually a father, husband or brother — to grant permission for everything, including marriage or travel....

Conduct involving Michael Cohen.
The President' s conduct towards Michael Cohen, a former Trump Organization executive, changed from praise for Cohen when he falsely minimized the President's involvement in the Trump Tower Moscow project,...
I did not know Michael Cohen was an executive of the Trump Company. I thought he had an independent legal office. That changes things a bit. All of Michael Cohen's activity was sanctioned by the Trump Company. It also explains how Cohen was somewhat unable to simply strike out on his own. At least it raises questions as to his ability to leave the Trump Company and remove himself from it's activities. So, this really cozy. Trump probably used the office space Cohen occupied as part of his compensation as an attorney. It is taxable to Cohen as well. I am sure the building where this office resided was used as a tax reduction for the Trump Company, but, we don't know that yet because Congress is being obstructed from tax records they are legally entitled.
I find the idea that Michael Cohen, as an executive to the Trump Company, interesting from the point of view Trump's personal woes were handled by a company executive. That is a complication to these issues. There was no separation between Trump's personal interests and that of the Trump Company.
I have to wonder if Trump accepted assignment of costs for his personal business in separate accounting. In other words, did Donald Trump keep personal records that would reflect the costs of the company attorney for his personal uses? Did Trump take Cohen's cost for his personal business off his taxes at the same time those same costs were taken off the company's taxes as well? Was there any accounting anywhere within the company of Trump's personal use of Cohen's time?
That would be tax fraud. I am sure Trump would simply point fingers at accounts or other company employees as the trouble makers.
There is always the chance that Trump's personal use of the company never appears in any accounting of the Trump Company. That would also be tax fraud as Cohen's costs to the company was not entirely the company's alone.
Additionally, if Trump was using company executives for his own personal use, what else besides Cohen's time was used inappropriately without discerning a company credit for those personal uses followed by an invoice to Trump for those personal costs on the company's ledger.
...to castigation of Cohen when he became a cooperating witness. From September 2015 to June 2016, Cohen had pursued the Trump Tower Moscow project on behalf of the Trump Organization and had briefed candidate Trump on the project numerous times, including discussing whether Trump should travel to Russia to advance the deal. In 2017, Cohen provided false testimony to Congress about the project, including stating that he had only briefed Trump on the project three times and never discussed travel to Russia with him, in an effort to adhere to a "party line" that Cohen said was developed to minimize the President's connections to Russia....
There was a party line to adhere to? The RNC is in on this lie as well? Where is that in any proceedings? The Chairperson of the RNC and all the staff directly involved in RNC policy and procedure regarding Trump's IMAGE would have to be subpoenaed to testify under oath for Congress. I don't recall that happening. With all the neglected oversight, it served the presiding Republicans to look the other way when it came to Trump's lies. The people of the USA were not only deceived about Trump's Russian involvement AND CONTINUED INTEREST but, they were actively deceived by the RNC and it's campaign mechanism.
Was the RNC ever approached or had any contact with any of the Russians mentioned in this report or any court proceedings? We know Congressmen had contact with Butina. How far of the Russian operations in the USA was being conducted with RNC involvement? Butina never hid the fact she was from the Russian Federation. Trump was enamored with Putin. How much of Trump's involvement with Russia was allowed with knowledge of the RNC?
We know Republican candidates for federal office benefitted by NRA monies. How much did they know and allow that was criminal?
...While preparing for his congressional testimony, Cohen had extensive discussions with the President's personal counsel, who, according to Cohen, said that Cohen should "stay on message" and not contradict the President. After the FBI searched Cohen's home and office in April 2018, the President publicly asserted that Cohen would not "flip," contacted him directly to tell him to "stay strong," and privately passed messages of support to him. Cohen also discussed pardons with the President's personal counsel and believed that if he stayed on message he would be taken care of. But after Cohen began cooperating with the government in the summer of 2018, the President publicly criticized him, called him a "rat," and suggested that his family members had committed crimes....
Among other things, there was an extensive reach of Trump's corruption of the truth. Got that? The passive personality of Lewandowski in regard to accepting Trump's bidding was Trump's personal web that reached well beyond Trump himself.
In the case of Michael Cohen, a Trump Company executive, the "Trump Organization" (not the non-profit) dictated Cohen's behavior and the very words Cohen would use when testifying to Congress. That is not ordinary at all. That is a vast internal corruption that seems to attach itself to every person within Trump's "realm." This is far more troubling than I thought. This is taking place in the West Wing of the White House of the Executive Branch of the USA. This has to be extracted at any cost. Trump is not to be running his "organization" within the USA government.
The use of "Trump Organization" indicates the invisible authority of Trump that extends to the PERFORMANCE of all those within his influence and others that answer to those affiliated with Trump. That is called a definition. It won't be found in any dictionary.
This is criminal simply because Trump's Organization causes and endorses criminal activity. There is definitely obstruction of justice, however, this degree of Trump's Organization reaches goes beyond the definition of obstruction. I resist to call this organized crime as it is not engaged in other crimes such as prostitution, drug trafficking or other aspects of crimes normally affiliated with such organizations, but, there is sincere criminal intent within "Trump's Organization." Michael Cohen was expected to carry out crimes, such as perjury which is how lying to Congress is legally stated. The Special Council calls the crime "Lying to the Special Prosecutor or Lying to Congress" but, it is perjury. That is why it has it's status as a crime. Michael Cohen was coached to commit perjury. Perjury is telling of an untruth after taking an oath otherwise. This coaching came from within the staff at the White House. Trump's personal attorneys are paid for by the RNC. They are staffed in the White House and not another facility that I am aware of, not to say a person like Guilliani would have a separate office as well. The perjury committed by Michael Cohen was authorized from within the USA government.
Under the brevity of that reality, Michael Cohen, a Trump Company executive, was coached in perjury with the authority and weight of the Oval Office. Michael Cohen, while he broke the law, was also a victim to power he didn't necessarily understand or control. He stated openly in testimony before the US House he was scared for his personal safety and that of his family. We know for a fact, Rudy Giuliani and Donald J. Trump were tweeting highly inflammatory statements that directed the fear Michael Cohen and his family were feeling. Where is Guiliani's indictment? This is more than an abuse of power. Guiliani willing participated in a fear campaign against Cohen, while an attorney and a member of the RNC. Guilliani is a very important member of the RNC. The web that Trump wheels have vast reaches. That has to stop. A candidate is not a mob boss.
Overarching factual issues.
We did not make a traditional prosecution decision about these facts, but the evidence we obtained supports several general statements about the President's conduct.
The Special Counsel, Robert Mueller, stated this in yesterday's exit statement. He stated clearly he was obligated to follow DOJ policy which prohibited the prosecution of Donald J. Trump. In investigating the Russian invasion into the USA's election of 2016, there are facts that manifested which normally would indict the president if he were a civilian and not the president and all the responsibilities of that office. In lieu of any criminal indictments or prosecution of Trump, the Special Counsel wrote the FINDINGS he calls "general statements."
Several features of the conduct we investigated distinguish it from typical obstruction-of justice cases. First, the investigation concerned the President, and some of his actions, such as firing the FBI director, involved facially lawful acts...
Facial is an interesting word. Facial indicates the acts were constitutional. There is a term called, "a facial challenge."
Definiton: A facial challenge (click here) contends that a government law, rule, regulation, or policy is unconstitutional as written — that is, on its face. This challenge differs from an as-applied challenge in that it invalidates a law for everyone — not just as that law is applied to the particular litigant challenging it.
So, the way facially is used in this context is to indicate the actions by Trump were constitutional. The Special Counsel will discuss the implications of the constitutional acts later, but, when it comes to the firing of James Comey, it was nefarious in it intended to stop the investigation. The firing wasn't about James Comey's performance as the Director of the FBI. The firing of James Comey had an alternative purpose. Then Director Comey's downfall was because he would not carry out Trump's loyalty pledge and would not end the Russian investigation. The firing of Director James Comey was a wrongful act by any definition and it carries with it the very real definition of obstruction of justice. This is why the idea of a "Deep State" plays to Trump's coverup. There had to be a reason to rant on about Director Comey from the campaign stump and then to fire him when in office. The reason according to Trump was because the Director was a member of the "Deep State," however, there is nothing to indicate the Director was committing any crime against the state or Trump as a person or as president. Quite the contrary, as president Donald J. Trump was carrying out nefarious directives to protect Russia.
What is also of concern at this point is the realization that "Trump's Organization" also includes the Russian Federation and all it's entanglements with intelligence agents within the USA and those committing cyber attacks. Basically, "Trump's Organization" is a real problem for the USA, allies and international dynamics.
...within his Article II authority, which raises constitutional issues discussed below. At the same time, the President's position as the head of the Executive Branch provided him with unique and powerful means of influencing official proceedings, subordinate officers, and potential witnesses-all of which is relevant to a potential obstruction-of-justice analysis....
Trump is using his powers as president to carry out crimes. While, facially/on the surface, his actions appear to be a constitutional act under the powers granted the president, the context of the act is unlawful.
...Second, unlike cases in which a subject engages in obstruction of justice to cover up a crime, the evidence we obtained did not establish that the President was involved in an underlying crime related to Russian election interference....
Donald J. Trump did not carry out a conspiracy with Russia and there was no evidence tying Trump to any actions by the Russian Federation intelligence activities in the USA; Trump benefited from those activities. BUT, the actual crime of carrying out those activities fell within the Russian persons and not any Americans. So, in traditional obstruction cases, the plaintiff is normally carrying out the crime while obstructing justice. That is not the case here, yet there is clear attempts at obstruction of justice.
...Although the obstruction statutes do not require proof of such a crime, the absence of that evidence affects the analysis of the President's intent and requires consideration of other possible motives for his conduct.
Here again, is the facially constitutional acts carried out by Trump, yet having a completely different context than it's constitutional intention.
Third, many of the President's acts directed at witnesses, including discouragement of cooperation with the government and suggestions of possible future pardons, took place in public view. That circumstance is unusual, but no principle of law excludes public acts from the reach of the obstruction laws. If the likely effect of public acts is to influence witnesses or alter their testimony, the harm to the justice system's integrity is the same.
There is a lot here to digest, so I think I will pause for now.

To be noted:
In fact, “high Crimes and Misdemeanors” is not defined in the Constitution and does not require corresponding statutory charges. The context implies conduct that violates the public trust—and that view is echoed by the Framers of the Constitution and early American scholars.

Justin Amash Defends His Call For President Trump’s Impeachment At Town ...(click here for the Special Counsel Report - thank you)
The town hall held by Congressman Justin Amash is a model for every US House member and US Senator. I strongly suggest every member of Congress carry out this type of meeting with their constituents.
If the budget allows a handout to each constituent that attends consisting of the introduction and executive summary of volumes one and two of the Special Council report and online access to those that cannot attend. I don't believe constituents need to feel overwhelmed by having the entire report handed to them. They will probably read those specific parts of the report that Robert Mueller thought essential for any American to read.
I think Justin Amash is a leader, provides reality to the right wing propaganda and deserves the attention of his peers.

With all sincerity, the Special Counsel's FINDINGS must be prosecuted.
It is not a matter of if, it is a matter of what Congress needs to carry it out. These findings are very serious, they assault the sovereignty of the USA, it involves cyber attacks against the American people's infrastructure to use it against them. This is no different than a terrorist's attack against the USA. The attacks carried out by Russia were ruthless and used the intellect of the American people against them while harnessing fear.
What is so disheartening is that the obstruction by the White House to all the requests and subpoenas of the US House has been obvious. We know now why the White House is determined to prevent Congress from moving forward. These actions by the White House also proves Trump does not want to be impeached. He is scared of Congress' power over his presidency.
This is a difficult time for the USA. The people have to be educated as to the reasons an impeachment inquiry will go forward. They need to know why Robert Mueller served as Special Counsel and why he spoke today to the facts of his findings, including correcting the dialogue surrounding his work. The Trump White House, since Bill Barr has become Attorney General has deceived and lied to the American people. Those lies have compounded the lies and fear instilled by Russia's KGB lead by Vladimir Putin.
The wrongdoing of Trump is unending. This is just the surface. There is a report in the Miami Herald of another FBI investigation regarding China and money funneling through the Trump Campaign's Victory Fund at Mar-a-Lago. This president is a criminal. His actions in many areas are questionable and according to the Special Counsel report indictable.
The Special Counsel's report is only the beginning.
The US Senate will have to be held responsible if it turns away from the findings of the Special Counsel and the FBI.

Will racial profiling every end and protect black lives.
A person in fear of their life by police can't be expected to be rational. It is a negative spiral into an intractable circumstance. The problem belongs to the police to deescalate these dynamics. They are supposed to be professional.
The Special Counsel is wrongly placed in the DOJ. It needs to be an autonomous office uninhibited by Executive Branch policy. That is only the beginning in what is wrong with this provision.
The investigation Robert Mueller was carrying out completely was made unable to end the passage of USA classified information to the Russians by Trump. THAT is ineffective law. The people most responsible for the sovereignty of the USA have to have a vehicle that can immediately address these issues to end the dangers to the country.
Trump is not the worst that can happen. Think about it.

I applaud this man. There have been two nights running where tornadoes touched down in Ohio.
This is Trump World where superficial values are more important than life. Yes the Bachelorette is about superficial values. DEPTH in a relationship seriously lacks with these programs.
"I do not know." is not an answer!
If Sarah Sanders can't hold daily press briefings where questions are allowed rather than propaganda driven DRIVE BY yelling sessions in the White House driveway, I don't care what she has to say.
When is the press going to demand respect from this press office?
Sarah Sanders needs to explain this!
U.S. Secret Service
At approximately 12:20 p.m. a man lit himself on fire on the Ellipse near 15th and Constitution Ave., Secret Service personnel are on scene assisting @NatlParkService and @usparkpolicepio in rendering first aid.
Who was he? How did this occur on White House property? What did he say about his protest? What does his family have to say?
Strzok and Page committed ethics violations. McCabe also stated the relationship Trump enjoys with Russian agents is unprecedented. Yes, the Russian oligarchs are agents of Putin.

...In a closed-door interview (click here) with the House Judiciary and Oversight committees, McCabe said he learned of Strzok's text messages on July 27, 2017, and made a quick decision.
"I made the decision to remove him from the investigation that evening," McCabe said at the time.
"That very day you decided to remove him?" Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) asked.
"I came back from my meeting with the inspector general. I met with a very small group of my fellow leaders. We discussed Peter's reassignment, and we discussed where we would place him," McCabe replied....
Waiting the driveway of the White House is dangerous. Journalists have to stand all day without relief and is more of the pain Trump enjoys inflicting on others. These are oppressive working conditions designed to drive journaists away from the White House, hence to end reporting by all the press rather than a chosen few.
OSHA needs to review the oppression of the White House journalists working conditions and cite Trump for unfair labor practices.
When is the press going to demand respect from this press office?
Sarah Sanders needs to explain this!

Strzok and Page committed ethics violations. McCabe also stated the relationship Trump enjoys with Russian agents is unprecedented. Yes, the Russian oligarchs are agents of Putin.

The Special Counsel report will continue to be read here.
I am quite confident these subjects will be covered in presidential debates, both primary and general elections. The American people need to focus and to allow them to sweep obstruction of justice under the rug is not an option.
One of the reasons many Congresspersons take issues of ethics seriously is because they hold licenses that require high moral content. Trump does not. He mistreats the power of the Executive Branch because he can and not because he should. He answers to no other authority so he doesn't care.
The American people need to embrace their laws and stand strongly against obstruction of justice because it is the very basis of this country's Rule of Law. The truth must be the truth and not a lie that becomes the truth through political propaganda.

In not so many words, Robert Mueller stated there is a great deal of work to be done using the information he provided in the Special Counsel's report. He did not come out of retirement to carry out a Special Counsel only because of a wayward president. Robert Mueller did this work so this level of corruption in a USA election would never occur again. That means Congress's requests for reports and supporting documents must be provided. There is legislation to be written and further assessment of a president that committed obstruction of justice.
Robert Mueller is a calm man and carries out work required to protect the USA. I am sure he expects Congress to take his work very seriously.

Robert Mueller believes the department policy at the DOJ is constitutional when it comes to charging a sitting president with a crime.

Washington (Reuters) - The U.S. Constitution (click here) explains how a president can be removed from office for “high crimes and misdemeanors” by Congress using the impeachment process. But the Constitution is silent on whether a president can face criminal prosecution in court, and the U.S. Supreme Court has not directly addressed the question....
He looks well and is resigning from the DOJ and is going home. Basically, the DOJ has a policy that excludes it from indicting a president because it defers to the impeachment stated in the US Constitution. That might be policy, but, it is not the last word on this issue.
“Charging the president was not an option we could consider,” he said.
As it stands the US Congress needs to remove Trump from office for high crimes and misdemeanors which is found in the Special Counsel's report. I might add Congressman Justin Amash was exceptionally successful in his Town Hall this past week at his home district after endorsing impeachment.
Robert Mueller also stated the investigation is complete.
He made no mention of Bill Barr and his inappropriate 4 page letter or the fact the report was not completely released nor that Congress has not received the supporting documents. I believe there was some progress announced over the holiday weekend in that the DOJ was proceeding in providing the requested documents by the US House oversight committees. We have yet to hear from Congress to the completion of documents provided as requested.
Basically, Robert Mueller is closing the office of the Special Prosecutor after finishing his work with indictments and trials going forward and he is resigning and going back to his private life. He deserves a great deal of respect for coming to serve as the Special Prosecutor to realize the extent Russia corrupted the 2016 elections. I wish him and his family well and hope their lives are happy and enjoyable. I think that is important. He came out of retirement to conduct this Special Counsel. It is important his life returns to happiness and enjoyment as before this extensive work of nearly two years.
