That was coined ages ago by Murdoch's tribe and the Tea Party and Republicans view it as a means to leverage their 'attitude' regarding this incredibly important legislative victory for the American people. Okay, then he goes on to say that there are a lot of people that could qualify for Medicaid but simply don't bother. He sees government assistance as are real potential for covering the uninsured.
