This is the Point Pleasant Bridge in West Virginia.
The original bridge was lost in 1967 in collapse.
There are no words for the complete devastattion the families who only a few hours ago were overjoyed with misinformation.
Sympathies to all.
Keeping in mind also the tragedies around this country and in Europe.
The world can be a very cruel place. This is one of those days.
