There simply are no adults. Musk isn’t interested now in the USA, he turned to Germany to wreak havoc among elections there. Musk will be back. It is just that he got bored, while forcing his X-wife into bankruptcy in a custody fight. Musk is a jerk with too much money. 

It is a shame the drama goes on. Johnson has no spine.

These are plutocrats. They have managed since the economic collapse of 2007 to wrangle a lot of money out of the USA Treasury. Now, it is time to play. While people have real problems that need real solutions these bozos are playing games with the world.

Trump is backing away from the promises he made. He can’t do anything about grocery prices. Kamala had a plan. Trump can’t do anything about housing costs. Kamala had a plan. 

With health care being an issue again for some Americans, Kamala would have ripped the problem wide open to find a fix. That is not going to happen now. People need more than the right to demonstrate for good care, they need solutions. Those solutions don’t come without competent governance.

There is no crime in journalists addressing these problems in our society. It is better for structured investigations as only journalists can carry out, and valid, truthful information without the politics. There are people in America hurting this much. Why?

Where is Former Vice President Mike Pence when you need him?

The primary difference this term with “The Don,” is the magnificent patriot by the name of Mike Pence, the guiding light of the USA Constitution. Instead, the country faces intimidation and oppression. Intimidation and oppression is NOT a democracy, freedom, liberty, or a reflection of the power of the USA Constitution.

To quote Firmer President George W. Bush, “We are a nation of laws, not men.” In the case of Trump, we are not a nation of laws, but, if one man’s revenge authority. 

I might add, Mike Pence is a devout Christian who stood his ground with Trump at a time a noose was waiting for him with his family to witness. That is called a reality check. Waving the POLITICAL Bible does not make one an authority of the Bible, the Second Coming of Christ, or less of a criminal and corrupt authority.

The USA military sent a two star general to speak to the public about the reported drone sightings. The good general stated while the department has not identified every flying object over the country (which I think is really good truth telling) there is no threat to the people.

Fine. 

Trump comes out defaming the military and basically said, “Don’t trust the government, trust me.” 

Well, I don’t think so.

I THINK Former Governor Chris Christy stated it the best, “I have drones flying over my home and it is an invasion of privacy.”

The point the USA military is stating their assessment is that flying machines over the country are benign, isn’t really the point. I have said this before. The point is as the former governor stated, “…it is an invasion of privacy.”

The public has a RIGHT TO GOVERN. Let me state that again.

THE PUBLIC HAS A RIGHT TO GOVERN.

The public has a right to govern. As a matter of fact, the Former Governor Christy, no different than any other homeowner has a right to the airspace above their land. Got that?

When an American purchased land with or without a home on it, they OWN the mineral rights under that land as well as the airspace above that land. Basically all the AIR COLUMN reaching to the outer most limits of Earth’s atmospheres are a part of the deed to every landowner in the USA.

Communists don’t own land.

Stop to think about that a minute. Anyone pay attention to NASA’S announcements of the location of the ISS? At the time NASA announces the presence of the ISS being visual to the naked eye, it is flying through atmosphere owned by the Americans looking up at the ISS.

Do we get to charge tolls of the ISS? Of course not, because we as a country decided we wanted the ISS to fly around the Earth. Additionally, we get benefits from the ISS flying around Earth. Ask any schoolchildren.

The point to all the concerns of Americans regarding drones is that it is real and palpable. As Americans we have a right to govern and we don’t want them there. We just don’t. That is 100 percent okay.

So, since we have a right to govern and don’t want drones invading OUR and our PRIVACY; we are putting them on the agenda and passing laws to protect ourselves from them causing any problem.

Just that simple. It isn’t that government is wrong, it is just the fact we are right and we want to givers our airspace before anyone else takes those rights away from us.

There are responsible people that are wealthy and earned it honestly. Musk and Trump do not have good intentions or visions for our country.

National Guard must be READY to respond.

If cities assess the National Guard is insufficient in readiness to address drone fly overs then cities need to align and purchase their own fleet. Preferably plane size drones. It is going to be a difficult topic with the public as to the size drone law enforcement has and whether or not they are armed.

It bothers me that a drone being simply followed evaded non threatening surveillance to prevent detection of the source and operator.

I will put this plainly. There is a President-elect that cozies up to communists and invites them to inaugural celebrations as if they were friends and cronies. I don’t trust him. I think he could give permission of absolute terror in the skies. With artificial intelligence it is a worry. 

Airports need to up their game with radar as well, including small airports.

Yes, I am saying we are our own defense. To the point we may need a parallel unofficial federal advisement structure for the 50 states, not just party affiliations.

It is aggression.

In the link above a drone is indescribable by the WITNESS. That could have easily been a military size drone that could even have been weaponized.

Most Americans, including local and state elected officials have no clue about drones. The word used domestically usually relates to toy like recreational use. That use should not be discouraged, but, only regulated to protect the public from accidents or malicious use.

There is also the issue of exhaust fumes, too. The exhaust of engine powered drones should meet clean air standards set for them. These things are flying at questionable altitudes over water supplies.

I find it very interesting this phenomenon is occurring over the most densely populated state of the 50 states. A cataclysmic event in one such state would have a deep impression of the country. I am talking “oppression” of a nature similar to that after September 11th when privacy became unimportant. This time it is about obedience to a hostile federal government making plans to round up people.

It is wise for elected officials at all levels to get up to speed on this topic AND formulate solutions to the problems. 

Elected officials have their own responsibilities. The fact they are unaware of an issue in the popular culture is not surprising. The concerned public needs to attend meetings to be sure their concerns are understood. Once the concerns are understood, then formulating an understanding to the solution can begin. Basically, a concern becomes an agenda item. Once on the agenda the concern can move to resolution to satisfaction of all concerned.

Yes, I think drones need to be an agenda item.

The federal authorities are missing the point with drones. It doesn’t matter if the aircraft are manned or not.

The citizens of New Jersey don’t want these problems, be they actual or anticipated. They are allowed to codify the use of drones in New Jersey or any municipality in any state that believes the hobby can be an imposition on people’s lives for whatever reason it is.

Government can govern. Police should not have to worry about a common fear of people if there are regulations that can add sanity to living. The people don’t have to accept fear in their lives. The people want government to remove plausible threats from becoming reality.

Congratulations to the federal authorities in resolving national security concerns. Thank you. There is every reason to believe this administration, as it has been 100% correct in acknowledging the threats in Ukraine. I am certain the federal authorities are 100% correct in their assessment regarding the skies of New Jersey. The people are still allowed to regulate drones.

Trump just admitted to sexual abuse of a woman.

He did. He settled a so called defamation case whereby George Stephanopoulos stated 

Ms. Carroll was raped, but, due to the length of time since the rape it is only considered sexual abuse by New York rule of law. Trump agreed it was sexual abuse to get the money. 

So, to make nice, nice with Trump’s anticipated FCC, ABC paid $15 million to Trump’s library fund. It is shameful that honest American media is being pilloried by an arrogant, self-serving political figure. This attack on free speech is Anti-American. That is exactly what Trump and his minions are doing. They are removing freedom of speech with attempts at defaming the free press. 

Did a judge approve the settlement, because, the description of Trump’s sexual assault of Ms. Carroll in a woman’s commercial dressing room where she thought she was safe, is not sexual abuse; it was rape. He put his bare penis into her vagina. Considering the statement by Stephanopoulos was made to the public I think she has something to say about a settlement that diminishes her pain and decades of emotional suffering to sexual abuse. Not to mention that if Trump were carrying any sort of infection Ms. Carroll was at risk of contracting it.

Sexual assault of any woman is not to be dismissed as anything except what it actually is or was.

It is time to act. Shoot them down. The caution is not the fault of the State Police. Unmanned drones used recreationally are owned by someone, registered, and expensive. The State Police are simply respecting private property that hasn’t posed a real danger to anyone. But, the danger is growing.

Initially, the public has to be warned the unidentified drones are becoming a public nuisance at the very least and a growing public concern with potential danger especially since they are now chasing Coast Guard boats and consistently flying over public water reservoirs. 

People that own unmanned drones that are legally registered need to be given the opportunity to keep them safe from being shot down.

The Coast Guard is still a military unit and have the practice of not shooting until shot upon. That is basically a USA law enforcement standard. I don’t like the fact the origins of the drones are mostly unknown and now are reported as flying in from the ocean. The USA has enemies and they can be sitting in international waters sending in these drones for intelligence and in preparation of a change in leadership in the USA.

New Jersey government at any level has a right to limit airspace to what are a growing number of drones causing ALARM with the public. Drones are one of Iran’s favorite play toys and Russians have a successful navy. Basically, I think anything goes.

New Jersey is the most densely populated state in the 50 states. Public annoyance with these stupid flying machines with the holidays approaching is simply not a good idea. Law enforcement, including the Coast Guard have a right to know what this is all about, whether or not to continue to allow it, and to discontinue the flight of any drone at any time.

Public water supplies should never be under threat by even exhaust fumes.

Many people will receive unmanned drones as gifts this holiday season. Areas can be designated for safe use for recreational drones, like idle fairgrounds, for the safety of the public. But, for those that want to fly over beautiful landscapes or ocean vistas, notification should be mandatory to local authorities. That can be accommodated online.

The New Jersey public has been through enough with all the rough weather that has come their way and fights between drones overhead is dangerous and irresponsible. People don’t need unmanned drones crashing into the Christmas or holiday displays, plate glass windows, or roofs. Enough already. There is a way for the public to be satisfied recreationally while ending annoyance and danger.

What would Hillary Clinton do? Former Secretary Clinton would never take part in any immoral propaganda with children that needed to heal and decide about the future.

When addressing children and want to keep them safe a simple question about what their days are like would bring forth incredible insight that could be carried diplomatically with offers to help in some way. A simple conversation with children could open a door for them and us. But, Gabbard decided to promote propaganda with young girls that had experienced incredible losses.

But, she was lying. She openly and of her own free will lied to those young girls. That neither made them safe or optimistic about their future. By lying to children it simply gave Assad permission to do more killing with impunity. Gabbard made it clear there would be no interference in Syria’s civil war. No wonder the rebels won. Syrian’s future was then solidified behind the rebels as their only hope. 

Will Gabbard cower to Trump and intentionally lie about our national security? Who in their right mind would believe anything that comes out of our intelligence agencies with her leading them?

She doesn’t know how to formulate intelligence at all. She comes up with a story. We know for a fact Syria in alliance with RUSSIA were slaughtering people. WE KNEW THAT FOR A FACT. They were dropping barrel bombs full of chlorine that burned the peoples’ lungs. If that wasn’t enough for those that made it to the hospital for treatment found danger again as Russian tanks and Assad’s planes bombed the hospitals.

At least we know now what we have in Gabbard’s national security; none! Conduct yourselves appropriately. Back to reporting our neighbors as terrorists.

That seems surreal to me. I doubt anyone could simply walk up to other CEOs like Jamie Dimon, just as an example. It seems as though Brian had no idea of the danger his company was raising in conducting business in the way it did. I find this entire episode with corporate America odd.

In retrospect, Michael Moore made the film "Roger and Me." For as much as Michael Moore tried he never met Roger Smith (click here) while still directing a successful documentary.

I find the opportunity for these two people to meet concerning. I simply don't believe murder elevates "the cause." Healthcare is important, but, responsible government is how that is best addressed.

The death of Brian Thompson has spawned a reaction by Americans to the failures of health insurance companies to actually provide the care patients need. I can't believe we are back here, again.

Republicans hacked away at the Affordable Care Act since it was passed under President Obama.

Luigi Mangione is not crazy. He exhibits a "rational anger state."

It isn't as though the denial by corporate health care has gone unnoticed. The US Senate Permanent Subcommittee had concluded an investigation into this very issue as it relates to Medicare Advantage favored by recipients. ...At the same time (of the murder of Brian Thompson) (click here), posts on social media have been claiming that UnitedHealthcare’s claim-denial rate is the highest in the industry; however, since insurers try to keep these numbers hidden, the true extent of its denials remains uncertain, especially when it comes to private plans.

Still, some recent reports show that denials for some patients have been on the rise.

In October, a report from the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations showed that the nation’s insurers have been using AI-powered tools to deny some claims from Medicare Advantage plan subscribers.

The report found that UnitedHealthcare’s denial rate for post-acute care — health care needed to transition people out of hospitals and back into their homes — for people with Medicare Advantage plans rose to 22.7% in 2022, from 10.9% in 2020....

These experiments by Russia obviously will have global implications.

If Russia can master the art of blocking internet connections it can carry that out in more places than simply Russia for the sake of protecting Putin's propaganda. Russia will attempt such strategies against it's own people it will carry out these strategies with other countries with implications to the military.

Roskomnadzor (click here) Launches New Anti-piracy Register

Russia has reportedly cut some regions of the country off (click here) from the rest of the world's internet for a day, effectively siloing them, according to reports from European and Russian news outlets reshared by the US nonprofit Institute for the Study of War (ISW) and Western news outlets.

Russia's communications authority, Roskomnadzor, blocked residents in Dagestan, Chechnya, and Ingushetia, which have majority-Muslim populations, ISW says. The three regions are in southwest Russia near its borders with Georgia and Azerbaijan. People in those areas couldn't access Google, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, or other foreign websites or apps—even if they used VPNs, according to a local Russian news site.

Russian digital rights NGO Roskomsvoboda told TechRadar that most VPNs didn't work during the shutdown, but some apparently did. It's unclear which ones or how many actually worked, though. Russia has been increasingly blocking VPNs more broadly, and Apple has helped the country's censorship efforts by taking down VPN apps on its Russian App Store. At least 197 VPNs are currently blocked in Russia, according to Russian news agency Interfax....

The reason Trump is assigning all kinds of jobs (and supposedly responsibility) to family and friends is so his wealth can grow while the USA Treasury shrinks and Americans stay frustrated with the cost of living.

This is the incredible expense to the country of Trump’s nepotism. All these family and friends appointments is not about expertise, it is about draining the USA Treasury to benefit Trump’s social life and connections.

IT IS ALL CORRUPT.

All of it is corrupt spending the American people should never be burdened with. And DOGE is going to do what? To whom? I sincerely don’t expect the findings of DOGE to even come close to the real corruption and criminality within the Trump administration. Realizing who is exempt from DOGE will be more interesting than any of their findings.

I am certain the magnanimous Zinke will be sure to protect the funds and even expand on them to the National Park Service so the construction of Trump hotels and casinos goes well. Lord knows the exploitation of USA Forest lands by Junior won’t be avoided.

Michael Cohen stated once Trump is in the White House he won’t leave. I always believed that was a strange statement, but, it makes complete sense now when realizing he is nothing more than a criminal. The White House is where he is safe from prison in plain sight. 

I find Chuck Grassley’s pandering to Trump disturbing. Christopher Wray rather leave than fight a hostile administration. Trump and his minions like Grassley actually believe their own lies.

It is one thing to lie to achieve a political win, it quite another thing to continue the lie as if the truth. We have an inferior government in DC for the next four years. That is troubling both from its reality and the fact that a majority Republican legislature is cowering to it.

It is also concerning that every cabinet nominee is connected to FOX News, either as a contributor working for the network and/or guest appearances. Everyone of them. That raised questions of competency as well. Many paid to have their names nominated and that raises questions as to how kick backs are making it to Trump’s personal accounts.

These people are ACTORS ON A STAGE with personas that don’t reveal who they truly are. They are all practiced performers.

Like I said, he is a figurehead that will allow others to carry out corruption at will while he sits undisturbed and out of reach of the law watching FOX News and eating hamburgers. There is every reason to believe all this cabinet officers are as out of touch as him and only handmaidens to their wealthy cronies.

I have been voting for 50 years.

During that time there have been reports, publications, and articles that have rattled the politics of the day. Examples are the Pentagon Papers, the Watergate Scandal, the 911 Commission Report, the Iraq Study Group, and the latest the January 6th Committee. All these reports answered important questions for Americans. None ever engaged in malicious intent. 

None. 

All employed the true valued by Americans to understand the power of their government, the importance of honest elections, and the value of every American life.

It is appalling that Trump is rampaging about stating on day one he will pardon every criminal of January 6th convicted in a court of law where Due Process was honored. It is even more appalling to hear how Trump plans to carry out revenge politics against the January 6 Select Committee. The two appalling acts by Trump compliments each other and begins the revisionist history of the violence at our Capitol. “Stop the Steal,” is to become the true history of the events of January 6th. Not the truth. Not an accurate count of the votes. Not the recording of the proper delegates to the Electoral College. The only thing that matters to Trump is the revisionist history he campaigned on. 

The USA legislature will become meaningless if they allow this to happen. The January 6th Select Committee was legitimately passed into law to carry out the investigation of that day and all events leading up to it.The committee members are sacred to the truth reported to the American people. There will be no prosecution of the members of Congress that served when asked. A majority of the testimony was open to the public and recorded. There will be no revisionist history of that day which was responsible for the deaths of six Capitol police officers. Any ATTEMPT to change the sworn record of January 6th is fraud and prosecutable by law.

Texas is refusing to review maternal deaths after the abortion ban was instated. This is a highly dangerous precedent. If Texas can look the other way on maternal deaths for political purposes, what others deaths of citizens will they excuse to serve their politics?

The Trump Regime is the hate regime.

Nikki Haley was the South Carolina governor that removed confederate flags from the state capital and had the audacity to place a black man, namely Tim Scott in the USA Senate after Jim DeMint resignation to work for the Heritage Foundation. So, it seems as though she owes Trump’s Bad Boy White Supremacist terror network an apology, hence, she had to find some black man in power to hate so the deportation to Africa can begin.

I mean if the Trump regime is holding Haley’s first born as hostage she needs to speak to that and not play “The Trump Hate Game.”

Everyone is vulnerable. Everyone. Black, White, and Zebra are vulnerable to hate propaganda that Trump has an affection for.

The Trump Hate Game was started with the 2016 campaign when he would stand on debate stages calling his opponents childish names. It has grown from there to an attempted coup at the Capitol with violence, gallows, rampaging crowds through the Capitol looking to harm and kill freely elected representatives and a Vice President. 

Now, in the open The Trump Hate Game is taking on new challenges to remove whoever is not an Evangelical White Man with wife in tow to the exit gates of the Great American Hate Stadium.

I strongly suggest Senator Warnock begin a tabloid liable suit that includes Nikki Haley as a willing participant.

As far as Ms. Haley, she has strong ties to India and she should be questioned to her potential knowledge of the assassination and the terrorist network that carried it out. No stone should be left unturned.

Curious though. Does Marco Rubio still have small hands if he is going to be Secretary of State? Will his international peers shake hands with him?

There is a danger with Trump. He abuses power daily if not every minute of the day.  He considers pardons as a powerful tool to achieve criminal goals. The courts of the USA have told him loudly the people storming the Capitol are criminals and have sentences to carry out. The courts have also told him loudly that his business practices are illegal, even his family’s charity carried out unethical and illegal practices. 

I think he has accumulated 24 or was it 34 convictions of his own. Once Trump was convicted of a dozen crimes it was hard to keep up with.

YET.

He lacks remorse and sides still today with the criminal element of his political movement and promises to pardon every convicted criminal he decides is his good friend.

The Presidential pardon has a tradition of being used at the end of a term in office, not on a chronic, daily basis.

Most of what got Trump elected besides Musk’s money is the message that money carried. They were messages of lies and hate that Musk consented to be a part of. That is tabloid journalism at its worse. That is Trump’s favorite VEHICLE for his purposes to propagate hate and provide relief to the money czars of his campaign and the many voters identifying with the lies and hate.

The absolute worse strategy to survive the Trump regime is accept these vehicles as fact and simply live with it. That is what Russian media does everyday and one of the reasons Evan Gershkovich was arrested. Abuse of power visited the great Jamal Khasquji. The power of terrorism and hate determined the fate of the incredibly wonderful Daniel Pearl.

These are only three of magnificent journalists dead and in prison for practicing “The Art of the Truth.”

The next four years are going to be very, very confrontational if Congress doesn’t act to end it. So, dig in and prepare to be entertained by the Appendice of Hate, the DDT of government, the Dysfunctional Donald John Trump, soon to take center stage.
