Folks (click here) from around the community are teaming up to help people who suffered losses during the floods last month. With 761 homes damaged in Washington County, there is still a lot of work to be done. Delta Force is a long-term recovery committee that helps those who suffered losses and can not help themselves. The committee is comprised of volunteer community leaders from area churches, schools, and organizations who all want to improve their community. Delta Force is still asking for donations and help from volunteers in Washington County. You can show up to a weekly meeting at 9:00 Tuesday morning at the Washington County Convention Center.
